I have lectured on the
Great Estates of Tarrytown and Irvington, and on Briarcliff Lodge, the subject
of my first book. With Tom Rinaldi I have delivered presentations based
on our book Hudson Valley Ruins: Forgotten Landmarks of an American
Landscape. With Thom Johnson I have presented the history of the
Northgate/Cornish estate and on the subject of ruins. With Rich Scarpitta and Steve Spak I have lectured on
the demolition of Shea Stadium and Yankee Stadium.
